At Shop Urly, we hope you absolutely love your order. If something isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to offer store credit on eligible returns.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Tags must still be attached
• Items must be free of stains, scents, pet hair, or damage
• Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is received and approved, a Shop Urly store credit will be issued.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale:

• Accessories (bows, hats, etc.)
  
• Clearance or discounted items
• Gift cards
  
• Any item marked FINAL SALE

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery at:
